Find answers to common questions about Better Vending GoodSort machines.

  • Nothing. GoodSort is supplied, installed and operated at no cost to your location.

  • None. We make adding a GoodSort to your location quick, easy and risk free!

  • Nothing. After the 3 month trial period you can cancel GoodSort in writing and we will remove the GoodSort within 30 days at no cost.

  • GoodSort machines are a glass door fridge with internal cameras, an credit card reader, and door locking system so must be located in an indoor and secure location.

  • Better Vending monitors the GoodSort remotely and will visit every 1-2 weeks to clean, restock and check the GoodSort operation.

  • GoodSort machines use the power of a modern single fridge, so about $6–8 per month.

  • Yes, GoodSort machines are connected to the Internet so we can manage stock and maintenance realtime. Each GoodSort has a built in mobile network connection.

  • GoodSort accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Please note, GoodSort does not accept EFTPOS or prepaid gift cards, such as Prezzy Cards.

  • Sorry no. GoodSort machines are provided at no cost on the basis that Better Vending earns revenue and pays your revenue share from product sales.

  • We love your feedback and will take it into consideration when planning stock for your GoodSort. We then monitor purchases and adjust stocked items and quantities based on demand.

  • No problem. Let us know ahead of time and we will send out an extra stock delivery so the GoodSort can be restocked as required.

  • GoodSort machines are secure as they use AI cameras and the customers credit card details to minimise theft. General theft is covered by Better Vending.

  • Your Better Vending agreement requires reasonable care be taken to keep your GoodSort safe and secure, however if damage or theft does occur it is covered by Better Vending.

  • No problem. Just report the fault at www.bettervending.nz/service and we will get it sorted. Depending on the issue it may take 1–2 business days to resolve.

  • We take every precaution to ensure damage to your location never occurs, but if it does we carry Public Liability insurance to cover repair costs.

  • Yes. Tennis balls, squash balls, racket grips, and other accessories can safely be stored at 5 degrees up to several months.
